Your Child Turns Age 23

As soon as possible after your child's birthday:

• Contact your departmental administrator for a new W-4 form to change your tax-withholding status as soon as your child turns age 23.
• Complete and return the form to your departmental administrator within 10 days of your child turning age 23.
