He or she is no longer eligible for coverage under your University-provided
medical and dental benefits. Coverage ends on the last day of the
month in which your child turns age 23 (unless he or she becomes
disabled before age 23). However, your child may be able to continue
the following benefits:

Your child can choose to continue
medical and/or dental coverage through COBRA for up to 36 months. |

| When You Should Do It |
Your child has 60 days to
elect COBRA coverage from the date your child receives COBRA continuation
materials in the mail. |

| How to Do It |
- Wait to receive the COBRA continuation materials in the mail
from WageWorks.
- Complete the forms and return them to WageWorks.

for your child up to age 25 as long as he or she is your dependent for tax purposes. |
