If your spouse or domestic partner
starts a job, your coverage under the following benefits programs

If you are a participant
in a medical plan, you may wish to:
- Terminate coverage for your spouse or domestic partner if he or she is obtaining coverage under the employer's medical plan.
- Terminate coverage for yourself (and any covered dependents)
if you obtain coverage under your spouse's or domestic partner's
employer's medical plan.

You cannot drop dental coverage
for yourself or any of your enrolled dependents. |

When You
Should Do It |
Within 31 days of the date your spouse or domestic partner starts a job.
|

| How to Do It |
- Contact the Benefits Office to request the appropriate medical and/or dental change form(s).
- Complete and return the form(s) to the Benefits Office.

You can choose to participate in or change your annual election for a Health Care or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for the remainder of the year.

- To enroll: Contact the Benefits Office to request an FSA enrollment form or click here to download the form. Complete the form and return it to the Benefits Office.
- To change your current contributions: Contact the Benefits Office to request a Change in Status form or click here to download the form. Complete the form and return it to the Benefits Office.
