You Move

As soon as you have your new address:

• Contact your departmental administrator to change your address in the payroll system. (If you don't, you may not receive a W-2 form at the end of the calendar year.)
• Contact the Benefits Office to change your address with the medical and dental plans.
• Contact TIAA-CREF (800-842-2776) and Vanguard (800-523-1188) directly to change your address with the retirement plans.
• Make the appropriate changes to your benefits. For details, click here.
