The University of Chicago is committed to helping employees balance the needs of family with work responsibilities by providing family-friendly benefits, policies, and resources to our employees. Our latest effort - the Childcare Initiative - will enable licensed childcare providers to create or expand their capacity to care for infants and toddlers for employees and community members in Hyde Park.
