Care Consultation/Referral
The University provides an elder care referral service designed to assist you
in making elder care arrangements. The University provides the referral
service at no charge to you, but you are responsible for the elder
care services you decide to use. For details, refer to:

You can use this service if you are a
University:
- Employee;
- Retiree; or
- Employee or retiree's family member.

Services
Provided
You can call the Elder Care
Consultation/Referral Service to speak with a trained counselor about your
elder care needs. The counselor can provide you with:
- Elder care information;
- Referrals;
- Expertise; and
- Support.
If you have questions for a counselor, he or
she will call you with a response to a particular question within two
business days. The counselor will discuss your needs as well as offer
suggestions, information, and options.
The counselor will keep in touch with you
until you no longer need assistance.
