Retiree Medical Plan

Please contact the Benefits Office at 773-702-9634 to obtain a printed brochure describing the Retiree Medical Plan.

If you were employed before January 1, 2005 and are at least age 55 when you terminate employment, you are eligible to enroll in the Retiree Medical Plan. If you were employed on or after January 1, 2005, you must also complete 10 years of service to be eligible for the Retiree Medical Plan.

Your coverage varies, depending on your age:

• Age 65 and Older Coverage
• Under Age 65 Coverage

If you're age 65 or older and your spouse is under age 65 (or vice versa), you may want to review both types of coverage.
