ARTICLE IX    STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS

It is agreed by the parties that during the term of this Agreement or any renewal thereof, there shall be no strikes, stoppages, lockouts, picketing, banners, or advertisements concerning any matter in dispute between the University and the Union of the employees.
