1) Effective February 22, 2007 , wage rate increases for Service/Maintenance employees shall be forty (40¢) cents.

2) Service / Maintenance employees who are active on the University’s payroll as of February 22, 2009, shall receive a $100 bonus.

3) Newly hired Service/Maintenance employees shall, upon successful completion of their probationary period, be advanced to Step 2.

4) Service/Maintenance employees may be eligible to receive bonus payments in accordance with the provisions outlined in Section 16.2 (6).
