to be advisory to University administration as to appropriate personnel
policies and practices for staff employees. When the need for a
new or revised personnel policy is indicated, it will be referred
to the PPC in draft form for study, discussion, and recommendations.
The Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer
gives final approval to policy statements.
The University’s Personnel Policies
will be maintained online. Changes to the Personnel
Policies will be communicated through UHRM’s newsletter,
In the Know, and in special announcements sent via listhost (HR-administrator).
