Purpose: To express the University's commitment to maintaining a work place free from sexual harassment.

Policy: Sexual harassment by any member of the University community is prohibited. This prohibition includes peer harassment as well as harassment by an individual in a supervisory position. The University will take all necessary actions to insure a professional and non-discriminatory work environment, free from sexual harassment. The Affirmative Action Officer is the University official responsible for coordinating adherence to this policy and to related federal and state laws and regulations.
