Purpose: To express the University's commitment to maintaining a work place free from unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment.

Policy: This policy is the basis for the University's commitment to conform with the law in regard to nondiscrimination and maintaining a workplace free from sexual harassment and other unlawful forms of harassment.
