Greetings! Welcome to the corrective action tutorial. This program is intended for University of Chicago staff members whose job responsibilities include supervising the performance of others. This program is intended to:

• Help you learn how to use the corrective action process;
• Raise your comfort level in working with the documents and policies involved;
• Serve as a quick and easy job aid and reference whenever needed.

Tutorial Overview

This approximately 20-minute tutorial is set up so you can move through the different sections in the way you are most comfortable.
