What is Poor Performance?

A wide range of employee performance or behavior might need to be corrected. Such issues can typically be classified as:

  • Work Product or Service - poor quality/quantity of work, missed deadlines;
  • Attendance - tardiness; unscheduled or excessive absences; and/or
  • Personal conduct – inappropriate behavior, insubordination.
