Cancellation Policy

We understand that meetings or business obligations may occur unexpectedly. To cancel your registration, notify Training and Development at least five (5) business days prior to the class date. If you do not cancel within the allotted time, your department will be assessed a penalty.

We assess standard penalties for all of our computer classes. Half-day classes carry an $85 penalty, full-day classes carry a $165 penalty, and two-day classes carry a $330 penalty.

All of our computer courses begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. (please view the individual course description). Please arrive on time for all classes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be allowed admittance to the class, and your department will be charged the appropriate penalty. If you leave early, your department will be charged a penalty for a partial-day absence.

IMPORTANT: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an Information Technology class, you WILL be denied admittance.
