Welcome to the Multimedia Training Toolkit Web page! This page provides links to online training offered by UHRM. Our multimedia training program(s) consists of videotaped, instructor-led training and supplemental classroom materials for use by University managers, supervisors, and HR administrators in delivering individual or departmental instruction.

Online training such as the presentation here, features UHRM's subject-matter experts and provides a convenient instruction venue. Now, you can view a training video on your desktop for individual instruction or display a training video on a projector screen for group instruction. The training video can be paused or stopped to allow for discussion and rewound or replayed to revisit salient points. Supplemental training materials can be downloaded and printed for distribution. The Multimedia Training Toolkit presentation is accessible anytime, from virtually any computer using free, downloadable QuickTime software.
