The Personnel Action Form (PAF)
Serves as a confirmation
document.
Is used by department
to submit employee or assignment updates such as:
- Funding distribution changes
- Assignment dates ¨ Rate changes
- Hour changes
- Personal/Demographic changes
Informs the department
if employee holds other assignments at the University.
Furnishes complete
personal data profiles to departments.
PAF's are distributed
daily in PAF boxes for departmental pick-up located in the Records Department,
Room 201.
